[Publib] 'Green Library' grants

[Hopkins County - Madisonville Public Library]

Something that just popped into my head yesterday, & I thought I would ask
the collective about it to see if anyone has any thoughts. Has anyone heard
of or applied for grant funding for 'green' library improvements - whether
this be something like grass on the roof or solar paneling or anything else
for that matter?
