Right, Jim. We call that "stock show weather."

The National Western Stock Show will run January 12 to 27, 2008. While
many think of the stock show as subject to snow and cold at that time,
most years the weather is not bitter cold nor snowy and the sun's
radiant heat during the day (we see it about 300 days out of 365 out
here) imparts a nice warm feeling in our low humidity air.

And be sure to see Lannie Garrett's spoof of "Patsy DeCline" which
typically plays Fridays and Saturdays from the begining of the stock
show through the end of March. See her at www.lannie.com and her
wonderful Clocktower Cabaret at http://lannies.com, which is in downtown
Denver on the 16th Street Mall (walking zone). Great entertainment!!!
And, yes, I am one of her biggest fans.

And since I am already promoting things in our great State of Colorado,
check out the Colorado tourism site at www.colorado.com and Denver's
tourism guide at http://www.denver.org/?gclid=CLjBj9_Un40CFQh7Igodkh7b0Q.

Looking forward to seeing lots of you in January.
