Maybe for the same reason PLA is in Minneapolis next year.  The Twin
Cities area is a great place to visit, but about the only thing that can
be said for March there is that it's better than January or February.

As Garrison Keillor says, March was designed to show people who don't
drink what a hangover feels like.
