[Publib] Harry Potter Theme Park opens 2009 in Florida

This is not related to Harry Potter or theme parks.

I notice that the conference location site was partially updated.  2010 was changed from New York to Washington DC.  However, for some reason 2013 was not changed from Washington DC to New York City.  I think this was changed during the Spring ALA Executive Board meeting.
