[Publib] Materials Selection Policy

It's that time again!  Although we revise our collection development
policies/procedures on an ongoing basis, we don't get the time to write
it down in a formal policy as often as we should.  Now, our formal
written policy is a few years old, and we are about to begin revising
it.  

Does anyone have a materials selection policy that they are especially
proud of and would like to share?  Or, do you know if any that you think
are really great and would like to recommend?
