[Publib] wireless policies

Here is one I worked on (at my last job) that I think is pretty good:
http://www.co.marin.ca.us/depts/lb/main/policies/wireless.cfm. One
thing to watch for, which we were guilty of with this policy, is mixing
actual policy with FAQs. What is policy? What is simple information?
To me, only rules themselves should be in policies. Extra information,
like "You won't be able to print from the wi fi network" belongs in an
FAQ, not a policy. The FAQs can be linked to from the policy page, of
course, but they are two different things...

Subject: [Publib] wireless policies
Hi
I am looking for wireless policies from public libraries. We are
going to be setting up wireless service and didn't want to reinvent the
wheel if we didn't have to.
Thanks
Elizabeth
