Hello all you wonderful library people!

I'm the Public Services Manager of a medium-sized library (population
100,000).  My director has asked me to update our confidentiality policy.
Our current policy references the Patriot Act as well as internet privacy.
I've attached our current policy. Do any of you have confidentiality or
privacy policies that you would be willing to share?
