[Publib] hard job search

Interfiling / intershelving adult and junior nonfictionI guess I will have to add a bit more information on my last post. I am in NY State, I have an MLS which I got in 2001, I have worked in various settings from public libraries, Schools and Academic libraries. I am almost finished my education library media certification all I have is one more state test I have to pass to get that degree. I have been looking around for job in the same areas. I have been to many interviews but they seem to never work out for me. I had my last job in a Catholic Grammar school and because of budget problems the job was cut and they decided to let the parents run the library as volunteers instead of hireling a full time library media specialist. Ever since then I have had no luck in getting a job. The job cut took place June 2004 and since then I have had no job, it is very tough. I hope this will give all of you an idea of where I am. Thank you very much and I would appreciate any help like websites, books, suggestions and etc..
