[Publib] Online ILL form

Hi,

 

We are exploring the idea of providing an ILL form online. We are curious as
to the experience of other public libraries who offer this, both positive
and negative.  Did it increase the number of ILL requests you receive and
were staff able to handle it? Did you get more requests with incomplete
information from patrons, etc. Do patrons even use the online form. Any
feedback would be appreciated.
