[Publib] Movies in Libraries

We are a relative small library, the 5th. in a 15 branch system and we show children's movies every wednesday.  Our school let out early on Wednesday and it is something for kids to do during the afternoon.  We show only book based movies rated "G" or "PG" and we try to do a short booktalk before the movie that directly or indirectly relates to the movie being show.  It could be the actual book or another book by the same author or other books on the same or similar subjects.  We average 15 to 20 people per week.  The local video store supplies the movies for free, and the friends of the library have a popcorn machine and supply popcorn.
