[Publib] Brand new branch library (well almost)

Hello all,

Our library has received consent to build a new branch, utilising an
existing (very derelict) building. It's exciting and not a little
daunting! Currently we have a main library and three branches, also a
bookmobile. Collection size is approximately 500K, population of the
city 78,400. I am project manager for the new library and am reading
fast and furiously as much as I can. I would so appreciate any pointers
to planning info online: at present especially spatial/design, and also
guides or tips on starting a collection from scratch.
