[Publib] A question about serving disadvantaged patrons

Hi.

It would be *very* helpful (at least to me), if those of you who chime in about this question 
would identify the library you work at (or worked at).  I think academic libraries might have 
different polices than public, etc.  I assume Laura is with a academic library from her email 
address but can't be sure.
