I've had great success with music programs featuring talented high school students. I simply contacted the music dept at the high school (or even middle school) and asked if they'd like a venue for their student groups. Over the past few years, I've had some of the large formal choral and instrumental groups, plus a string quartet in our lobby, and four amazingly talented pianists for an evening concert. Best of all - free.
A professor from our Community College taught a 3-session writing program for teens last summer for a small fee. She is teaching a memoir-writing program for adults beginning in a couple of weeks. See if CC professors in your area might offer something in their area of expertise. Good luck.
