            We tried yesterday about 3-and only 3 hotels were
available-on day 1!!! It's extremely annoying. Crabby as well.

ALA hotel reservations opened yesterday.  I went to make a reservation
today.  Only one hotel on the list is still open for reservations.  All
of the others are crossed out, or wait listed.  On day 2.  At least for
us commoners.

 

This happens to me almost every year.  Does this make sense?  Yes, I
know, some ALA big wig will tell me more rooms will be available later
on.  Which doesn't help me now.

 

OK, I feel better.  But still crabby.
