[Publib] Bookdrop moisture

I recently opened a new building and have a drive up book return for the
first time. Both the staff and the patrons love this service. But, we
are having a moisture problem and can not seem to find a good solution.
I was hoping one of you may have some ideas. We have what seems to be
condensation in the door shoot. The moisture builds up and then drips
into the collection bin. We have shut the heat vents in the book drop
room.  We have thoroughly caulked the interior and exterior of the book
drop. Our maintenance person and our construction manager are both
stumped and I'm not sure what else to try.  Any suggestions from the
collected wisdom will be appreciated. Thank you.
