Kathleen,

One last thought on the subject, far simpler then my earlier suggestions. Create a Nancy Drew/ Hardy Boys Secret Society, with membership card, meetings and whatever. And  ONLY allow members to take out Nancy Drew Hardy Boys books. Currently no one is taking them out so it's no loss to limit access but, by making it "special" to take these books out, it just might do the trick.

What do I do with all the Hardy Boys and the Nancy Drew?
They don't check out but once or twice a year and we have 
a lot of shelf space devoted to them.
Is there a way to interest kids?  Do I discard them by pub date?
