[Publib] Authority Control Services

I am planning on contracting out Authority Control Services before we
begin our migration from Dynix to Horizon 8.0 . I am considering 3
different companies -- Marcive, LTI and Backstage Library Works to do
this work for us.  

I`m wondering if there are any libraries that have gone through the
process before.  If so, which company did you choose and what made you
choose them.  What considerations should I think about before choosing a
company to outsource this work to.
