[Publib] Cleaning Discs

Does anyone have a great handout for clean CD's/DVDs/Discs?  I'm wanting
to make bookmarks or small fliers to help people know the right way to
clean them.  I figured instead of "reinventing the wheel" I'd ask
publibbers first.
