[Publib] Book Swap

Hi,

I had a customer approach me with hosting a "Book Swap". Has anyone done
this? She wants it to be a pure "book swap" with no money be exchanged
(which is forbidden in our meeting room policy). 

Did you do the publicity? What obstacles did you encounter? What other
involvement did the library take?

Our service population is ~175,000 and we have regular book sales of
discarded and donated books.
