Job Posting: Coordinator of Public Services, Old Bridge (NJ) Public Library 

The Old Bridge Public Library is seeking candidates for the newly created  
position of Coordinator of Public Services. Our management team values

This senior management position will be responsible for coordinating the  
Library’s readers’ services for all ages; reference services; collection  
development; and the day to day management and supervision of the Adult and  
Information Services Department and its staff. 
Our perfect candidate will be a visionary who is willing to take risks;  
enjoys a challenge; has a sense of humor; and wishes to be an active player in  
our leadership team. Variety of public library experience; collection  
development; adult and/or reference services; and staff supervisory experience  are 
essential. This is an opportunity for a professional librarian (MLS) with at  
least eight (8) years of experience, five (5) of which have been in increasingly  
responsible supervisory positions. 
Conveniently located in central New Jersey, we serve our large suburban  
community through a central library and one branch. This full-time position  
offers a salary of $56,000 and a generous benefits package which includes  deferred 
compensation plans, pension plan, medical, dental and  vision.
