[Publib] ebay expertise?

That's what we thought, but the rules (as we were told this year, and I
guess the state tax folks *might* have told us wrong) in Tennessee were that
we could only have 2 sales per year, and they couldn't be "ongoing" -- they
had to have definite start/end dates. Even as a non-profit county gov't
library. So it's worth double-checking. Each state's laws will probably vary
on this.
