eBay is a miserable place to sell books, unless you are taking special 
measures. Most auctions are for one week, so there is minimal exposure. 
Relisting is free - once. You will find relatively few bidders and get the 
basic minimum price.

I would recommend Amazon. You can list for 30 days (not one week) and book 
buyers are more likely to see things there. We have also used 
Librarybooksales.org, but they don't have as much traffic, so if the copy 
is in decent shape and not a real collectible, we put it on Amazon. They do 
charge more than eBay, but time is money and they have the traffic to move 
books.

You might find that things you think are rare and collectible are neither. 
I have a 1913 novel I wanted and found 35 of them on Bookfinder.com, most 
for under $10.00
