[Publib] Library closures due to temperature extremes

Hello,

Does anyone have written policies that call for a closure of the library when 
indoor temperatures get either too hot or too cold because of a malfunction in 
the heating or cooling equipment? I'd like to know what minimum and maximum 
temperatures you have set in your policy.
