We've been advertising for an MLS librarian that could be from entry level up to Assistant Director, if it were the right person. However, Assistant Director has never been mentioned in the ad.

Be sure you read the job announcement correctly. Nowhere have we ever said I was quite ready to give up my job as Director, but have received several resumes from people applying for "The Director's Job".

If they can't pay attention to what the ad says, I'm not going to waste my time on them. I already have enough staff who don't listen to me without adding any more!
