Its not free, but www.bestdealmagazines.com has some great deals (like the name implies) - subscriptions under $10.00 for some. Good luck.

Subject: [Publib] Sources for free newsletters and magazines

Dear Listmembers,

I work at a rural library as the volunteer librarian. We recently had our materials budget slashed for periodicals. I am seeking out any sources for free periodicals and newsletters. We are only interested in receiving print items, not electronic. How can I find newsletters, magazines, and journals to subscribe to that are free of charge?
Thank you in advance

Melinda J. Shedlarz
