Rather than have everything due the day after the library's scheduled to
reopen I'd recommend just adding the anticipated time closed to the
regular loan period.  This helps stagger your returns over a longer
period and keeps everything from coming back the same day.  This worked
well when my former library closed for 3 weeks.
