[Publib] RE: clocks that chime in the library

There was a grandfather clock donated by a library science professor that
stood near the reference desk in the university library at my library/grad
school. It chimed on the top and bottom of the hour. If you were sitting
within the immediate area, you'd hear it. It was a pleasant chime.
