when we're in the city for the comic book convention. They have larger
tables which would be able to accommodate a larger group and the food & beer

She says she thinks the Sam Adams Brew Pub has closed.

To me this sounds like a winner: close by, good for networking, not pricey,
something for everyone. 

Would you all be amenable? Also, how about shifting the time to 6-8 to
accommodate other activities?
