[Publib] ?clocks that chime in the library

Patrons and staff love ours which chimes every 15 minutes. Small children
are entranced--everyone loves the sound. And it's how staff knows it's time
to open and close the doors! Sadly, it's been out of commission the last
month, and clock repair people are few and far between these days. We hope
to get it fixed this week!
