[Publib] Locations for Midwinter 2008 get-together?

I recently met some friends for drinks at a place called 707 (at 707
Chestnut; about 1/2 mile from CC)

Big bar, lots of space, a couple of spacious candle-lit corners to hang in,
doesn't start to get crowded until after 10 or 10:30.  Good appetizers.

The timing is fine if we can be closer to the convention center. We have one
location .5 miles from the CC. Who will step up to help select a nice
smoke-free place to meet? Out of over 7,000 subscribers to PUBLIB, are none
familiar with Philadelphia?
