Thanks for everyone's thoughtful emails.  I did eventually get through to
Howard Alston--though I still haven't gotten a response to either of the
emails I sent to their customer service.  Phoning seems to be the best
method of reaching them.

We have placed our first order and I'm optimistic in Playaway success in
2008!
