Many thanks to Dale, Emily, Elizabeth (x2), Eve, James, Chris, Kathryn, Mary
and Denise who responded to my query on bathroom security procedures.  Seems
like a lot of libraries experience similar problems to ours, and have done a
lot of thoughtful analysis of what works and what doesn't.
