[Publib] Online Teen Book Clubs

We were recently discussing the prospects of starting an online teen book club at our our library as a way to generate teen interest.  I am wondering what other libraries have experienced with this.  We are a small (fairly) rural library and am not sure if the return would be worth the work, etc.  If anyone has any advice, experience, pros or cons; I would love to hear about it.
