[Publib] North Texas Regional Library System Shared Integrated Library System - Request for Quote

The North Texas Regional Library System is seeking responses for its
Request for Quotes for a Shared Integrated Library System (SILS).  SILS
will be shared by several public libraries in North Texas.  As a first
step in the project, NTRLS seeks market costs for such a system.  It
must be stressed that this RFQ is a solicitation for quotation and is
not a contract or an offer to contract.  NTRLS seeks only information
about pricing to assist consortium members in justifying the project.
A Request for Proposal is scheduled to be released in July 2008.  

 

Intent to Submit and Questions must be received before December 15,
2008.  NTRLS will provide answers to all questions by December 18th.
These answers will only be sent to those vendors who submit an intent to
respond to the RFQ.      

 

Submittal Deadline: January 3, 2008, 3:00 o'clock P.M.
