Do you all have anything special printed on your library cards, other than the obvious name of institution, address, phone, internet?? For example, one library in our area has the following:

I agree to:
*Accept responsiblity for any use of this card
*Follow library policies and procedures
*Present card for account transactions
*Pay all fees and report lost or stolen card
*Report change of address, phone number, or email


If you have this kind of content printed on your cards, I'd be interested to know what exactly it says.? We're planning to re-design our cards and are looking for information.? Thanks!
