[Publib] dvd lending periods

This is the policy at my library:

DVDs 7 days, except for Adult Feature DVDs:
 single-disc Adult Feature DVD titles have a loan period of 5 days, and a
limit of 5 checked out at one time.
Multi-disc Adult Feature DVDs will have an initial loan period of two weeks
but the renewal period will be for five days.

Fines accrue at twenty-five cents per day, per item until they reach the
maximum limit which is: Adult, Young Adult and Children's Audio/Visual
Materials: $6.00.

DVDs have only one renewal. 1 week for nonfeature DVDs and the renewal
period for Adult Feature DVDs is five (5) days.
