Fort Worth Public library allows movies (fiction & nonfiction) to be  
checked out for 7 days with 2 renewals unless the item is on hold for  
another patron.  Patrons can check out up 10 DVDs and 10 VHS items at  
one time.

Up until April of 2007, movies were non-renewable and the limit was 5  
of each type.
