[Publib] email newsletter software

My library has offered an email newsletter for a number of years. I
believe we were one of the first public libraries to do this, and our
mailing list software is an antique. It was a freebie that let's one
easily create a quick and dirty newsletter,  but it is not pretty. We
are looking for newsletter software that is a little more sophisticated,
and that would let us include graphics, photos, etc. Do any of you have
recommendations for email newsletter software that  lets the user create
a nice looking newsletter. We mail weekly, with new materials in the
collection, so it should be relatively simple and quick to use.
