Thanks for passing this along, Allen -- I don't recall any discussion of this book specifically.

All I can say is that it's the accounts based on fact that really seem to rile people up the most.  Such writing must challenge their core beliefs.  Then, of course, the rest of us who aren't quite so enlightened are deemed incapable of coping and must be protected.  Whatta a world we live in!
