BRANCH MANAGER, COMMUNITY BRANCHES / ADULT PROGRAMMING
Administrative Offices (St. Peters, MO)
Full time position
Schedule includes day, evening and weekend hours.

DUTIES: Manages the overall operations and services of 3 Mini Branches and 
2 Library Expresses including management of branch employees, branch 
activities, customer service issues, facility maintenance and branch 
community aspects. The position will provide connectivity for the smaller 
branchesemployees and communities. Travels regularly between branches and 
serves as the liaison with all other Branches and Departments for the Minis 
and Expresses.

Also, coordinates the planning, organizing, and implementing of adult 
programming District-wide, including coordinating the marketing and 
promoting of adult library materials, services and programs through 
personal contacts, presentations, and branch tours.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent communication, organizational and 
customer service skills, have 3 years of relevant experience, be able to 
drive between branch locations in St. Charles County, and hold an 
accredited Masters in Library Science degree. Prefer prior experience in 
management or supervision.

SALARY: $52,248 to $63,564 for MLS;    58,764 to $71,496 with second masters.
