[Publib] librarian fashion again

In the September issue of Real Simple magazine the fashion mavens
are picking on the librarian look again.  In the Table of Contents
the article on Tweed (which seems to be the "in" trend this fall) is
advertised with these words: "Think tweed is the uniform of bookish
librarians and frumpish professors:  Think again." and the article itself
begins "There was a time - back in the days of your English professor's
nubby elbow-patched jacket and the school librarian's frumpy skirt when
tweed's reputation was as musty as the stacks section"
