Greetings Stacy,

Is it possible that the closed libraries that you refer to were
using the word 'behooves' to describe their efforts?

Hi Robert,

Do you think a library won't "go out of business" if
stats fall? Do you think libraries are impervious to
customer satisfaction? How many libraries have closed
in recent years that could have been kept open by
voter referendum?

And I like the word behooves.

Cheers,
