[Publib] Programming for 25-45 yr olds

I'm a grad student doing a project on creating programming to bring  25-45 yr olds into an urban library.  In conversations they've  told us that there's nothing here for them; it all seems to be for  children/youth or older people.  
  
  I'd like to learn about programming you've implemented to reach this age group.  What's worked and why?
