[Publib] How do you correct a coworker giving incorrectinformation?

All these arguments assume that we are correct
in our responses most of the time. I've heard our
accuracy rate in "answers" hovers around 50% so some
of these arguments are nil.  Sometimes I catch my own
mistake _after_ the patron has left the bldg.  

Sometimes we just can't fix everything.
