[Publib] Customer request for book series

Mary Lasswell wrote a series about beer.  One is called "Suds in Your 
Eye", another
"Tooner Schooner", and yet another "High Time".  They were written in 
the 1940's. 
The characters, if I remember correctly, were two older women who 
drank.  A lot.
They were very humorous.  Any chance this could be the answer?  I don't 
remember if
the characters ever built a beer can wall, but they drank enough to 
build a beer can wall
to China!
