"Get off my lawn" is a statement used on sites like Fark and Metafilter
(and many others) to indicate that someone has said something to
indicate they are old.  Such as my reference to old tv and LPs - 

 

It can be a derogatory reference  or made to joke about something
someone said that sounds old....

 

In this case I laughed - b/c yes my LP reference is old - but I say get
off my lawn with your fullscreen dvds!

 

And btw - there's not Wikipedia entry on this yet...
