[Publib] Looking for advice on: microfilm readers

Hello to all - we are looking at purchasing replacement microfilm readers for two branches and I'm looking for advice from those in the know.
 
We need to be able to read microfiche & 35mm film, would like the option of saving images [to email, build a digital archive, etc], and we need to print, of course.  I'm interested in a unit that connects with a computer, but have questions about ease of use, maintenance, etc.
 
Does anyone have some recommendations or warnings?  What do you like/dislike about your existing readers and what would you do differently?
