I love Marian Babson, Margery Allingham, Martha Grimes, Mirium Grace Monfredo (these are set in turn of the century, or rather, turn of the last century Seneca, NY and the heroine is a librarian named Glynis Tryon - could be especially interesting for a book club discussion because they are also historical), Jo Dereske (another series about a librarian sleuth named Miss Zukas, these actually are a hoot and I love the new age Library Director named Ms. Moon), Carolyn Hart (bookseller sleuth, yes, I sort of have a one track mind) and Dorothy Sayers.   I'll stop now or this e-mail will go on and on...
