[Publib] Security Guard job descriptions and display policies

Hello All,

I have two questions:

1) Does anyone have any job/position descriptions for their security 
guards they would be willing to share? We are looking to tweak ours a bit.

2) Does anyone have any "display" policies they would be willing to 
share? I am really looking specifically for rules that staff have to 
follow when they put up displays or flyers in the library building. We 
will be moving to a new facility in about 18 months and we would like to 
have some guidelines in place to keep the building looking nice, clean 
and uncluttered. Just because there is an empty surface doesn't mean you 
can put a flyer there!
