Hello,
Customers could use their "billed" notice, which is sent after the
item's not been returned for six weeks (here at RPL). Another thing
we've done is marked the items as "lost" in WorkFlows then print out the
"Bills" section of their account for them.

Subject: [Publib] Invoice
Does anyone out there in library-land have a certain format that you use
in
making an invoice to patrons to items lost (or in this case lost in a
fire)
for them to turn into their insurance company (or whomever needs to
know)
I generally just whip one up in Word but I would like to have a set
format
to just input the information and mail it out.
Thanks in advance,
Miranda
